AIBypassDetector.net provides a text scanning service that estimates the likelihood of a given passage being flagged as AI-generated by major AI detection platforms. The service is informational in nature. Scan results are probability estimates, not definitive determinations of authorship.

2. Acceptable Use

You may use this service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the service to facilitate academic dishonesty in violation of your institution's policies
• Submit content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes third-party intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the service
• Use automated tools to submit scans at scale without written authorization
• Misrepresent scan results or use them to deceive others about content authorship
• Attempt to circumvent any access restrictions or security measures

3. No Academic Integrity Guarantee

This tool provides information about detection risk. We do not guarantee that any text will pass any detection system. Academic institutions, publishers, and employers set their own content policies, and those policies are independent of and not governed by this service. Users are solely responsible for complying with any academic integrity policies that apply to them.

4. Accuracy Disclaimer

Scan results are estimates based on statistical analysis. AI detection technology is probabilistic and not infallible. We make no representation that scan results are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. Results should be treated as one data point among many, not as a definitive determination.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to any text you submit for scanning. By submitting text, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process that text solely for the purpose of returning your scan result. We claim no ownership over submitted content.

The AIBypassDetector.net website, interface, and technology are our proprietary property. You may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute any part of the service without written permission.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed weekly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support within 7 days of a charge for refund consideration.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIBypassDetector.net and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to: academic penalties, employment consequences, or decisions made in reliance on scan results.

Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service at any time for violations of these terms, abuse of the service, or at our discretion. Paid subscribers who are terminated without cause will receive a prorated refund for unused subscription time.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will update the "Last updated" date when changes are made.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration unless prohibited by law in your jurisdiction.
